Story Title: Bonnie and I
By: Sherrill Glick
I had the privilege of working with Bonnie for about 30 years or more. We were not on;y co-workers, but sisters in Christ. I moved away from the area in 2010, and I did not know that Bonnie was ill. I was so saddened to hear of her death. She had a great zest for life. One thing is sure, she knew that her Redeemer lives and she would spend eternity with Him. May you as a family feel comforted by that knowledge.

David Harling says
Please accept our deepest sympathies. While deeply saddened to learn of Bonnie’s passing, I am thankful having had the opportunity to have known such a uniquely amazing person. Her star will shine brightly in all of us always.

God’s unconditional love was shown to us through Bonnie’s life in Christ. We are forever changed for the better because of our sweet times with our Bonnie. She will be greatly missed.

Pete Hart says
My deepest sympathy to Bob and family. I will always be deeply grateful for Bonnie’s friendship and her concern and help over the last few years. She was always a loving friend to my wife, Marian and her caring and prayers were appreciated very much.
Sally Rushmore says
Bonnie was a special person. She often recounted the first time she met me – a little blonde-headed girl coming to her Sunday School class. She would then say, “I never imagined all these years later we would talk about and pray for our grandchildren together!” She was a wonderful teacher – of children and of internationals – and all her students loved her dearly. She had gifts in teaching, relationships, and “helping.”
Kathi Small says
I have known who Bonnie was through Faith Church for many years, but it was in recent years that I got to know her. I live outside the US and therefore have only sporadic contact with her. Over two years ago I was in Indianapolis for about 4 months due to illness. It was during this time that I got to know Bonnie. She was leading a Wed. a.m. women’s Bible study. As able I participated in the group. Her love for God’s Word and for people was so evident. I benefited from her ministry greatly during that time.
Bob and Betty Tansey says
We will always remember Bonnie singing No Room and also He Giveth More Grace! She was also a great and influential Sunday School teacher for our girls. What a legacy she leaves. A life truly well-lived!
